Early spring in Northern California. Only here can you buy seasonal, fresh citrus, strawberries, and butternut squash at the same market with a straight face.
Ten years ago, I was on my way home at this time of day. All right, fifteen years ago.
The legs gave out around 9AM.

Hi, I am bringing 8 people for my 25th wedding anniversary to Solbar on April 29th. Is there any thing in particular we can do besides ordering off the menu, which I am sure will be lovely. I am hosting this celebration and our friends are coming from Colorado, LA, San Diego and the bay area to celebrate with us. We have a reservation at 7pm and my husband and I are staying at the Solage. This is his gift and he does not know I got his friends to join us for wine tasting and this special dinner. Everything looks great on the wine list and menu and I love the farm fresh ingredients.
